Where can I see why I was banned?
Open the ban database and search using your SteamID or player name. The SourceBans record contains the reason, issuing admin, date, and duration when available.
How do I appeal a server ban?
Use the Ban Appeals form above. One complete, honest appeal is more useful than multiple submissions. Staff will review the linked SourceBans record and your explanation.
How do I report a player?
Use the Player Reports form and include the correct SteamID, server, approximate time, and supporting evidence. Reports without enough identifying information cannot be actioned.
Where should I report a site or forum problem?
Use the Bug Reports or Support board in the community forums. Account-specific or sensitive issues should go through the contact page instead.
Does FirePowered provide trade middlemen?
Never hand items to someone claiming to be a FirePowered middleman. Use !middleman on our trade server to request one.
